A focused training on the causes and economic impact of poor intestinal health in poultry, with special emphasis on coccidiosis and bacterial enteritis. Participants learn how these conditions damage the gut and performance, how to maintain intestinal health through practical prevention programs, and which strategies are most effective against coccidiosis and bacterial enteritis. The course also covers diagnosis in detail, including lesion scoring with the Reid & Johnson method, oocyst per gram (OPG) counting, and microscopic differentiation of Eimeria species. The program concludes with practical recommendations and a final exam to assess understanding and readiness to apply the concepts in the field.
